Emotional support at Compassion
hey every one
well its been a while since my last blog, due to my busy schedule, its great to be able to say that! lol..its true iv been like a sponge soaking up all the new experiences, and great people..iv been so overwhelmed by the positive caring attitudes of all the people i have met and im still trying to take it in! Compassion was a fantastic experience, meeting maria and lotta,It was especially good to see there english warm up as the week went on.They have been an inspiration to me i felt so grounded being around them. Every day i had the privelege of sitting in the group sessions sharing my experience with them and feeling part of this wonderful organisation. After the groups we had lunch which was always home cooked and wholesome, and we chatted. it has been so good for my confidence and self esteem. I never could have imagined how good it has all been, Also finding out about myself and my own personal growth has been amazing. These ladies welcomed and nurtured me like two mummys,i have never felt this kind of love and care in such a short time that will be remembered and cherished forever, Maria is a councellor and a lovely lady, who helps people with all kinds of issues from addiction to relationship problems find there direction in life, she has been doing this for many years with her partner richard and is very experienced and good at what she does. many of the programs are organic packages put together exclusively to meet the needs of the individual with a generous helping of love in the mix.
